Aachi pepper chicken masala is extremely popular in South India where whole peppercorns are abundant. The spicy and earthy flavors of pepper are an excellent accompaniment to this Chicken Curry Dish. Preparation: In a large pan add a few tablespoons of cooking oil. Add chopped onion, tomato and fry. Add 50 gms Aachi Pepper Chicken Masala and fry. Take 750g cleaned chicken pieces and add to above. Add required water and cook covered for about 10 minutes. Ingredients: Pepper, Coriander, Cumin, Chilly, Dry Ginger, Garlic, Cassia, Cardamom, Cloves, Turmeric, Fennel and Salt.
